Faunaland Ancol

Faunaland Ancol is anexotic mini-zoo located inside Ecopark Ancol, North Jakarta, that features a unique concept blending Asian and Australian wildlife with a lush, tropical Amazonian atmosphere. Spanning about 5 hectares, it stands out for its high level of direct interaction with rare animals.

Exotic & Rare Animals: See the iconic white lions, white kangaroos, Aldabra giant tortoises, albino porcupines, and unique primates.

River Safari Cruise: Ride a wooden boat along a winding river surrounded by dense greenery to experience an authentic Amazon river vibe.

Interactive Bird Show: Watch trained eagles and hornbills perform daily at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Animal Feeding & Handling: Interact closely, touch, or feed friendly binturongs, pygmie goats, and even get a thrilling chance to feed the white lions safely.

Opening Hours: Open daily from 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Ticket Prices:

Weekday Entry: Rp80.000 per person.

Weekend/Holiday Entry: Rp90.000 per person.

Note: These ticket prices exclude the mandatory general Ancol gate entry fee (around Rp35.000). Optional activities like the River Cruise cost an additional Rp30.000.

Travel Tips

Wear Long Pants: The zoo is lush and shaded, so wearing long clothing prevents mosquito bites.

Outside Food Policy: Visitors are permitted to bring their own food and drinks inside.

Watch Your Step: Certain paths inside the park can be slightly uneven or slippery for toddlers.
