1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kemanakita platform ("Service"), whether via the website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kemanakita is an entertainment and event discovery platform surfacing events, articles, venues, and artists across Indonesia, with personalized recommendations based on your preferences and activity. Kemanakita is not an event organizer. For most events, Kemanakita only links out to third-party ticketing platforms — the ticket purchase itself happens entirely on that platform and is governed by its own terms.
3. User Accounts
You can browse most of the Service without an account. Features like saving events and personalized recommendations require an account, created via email/password or Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Third-Party Ticket Links
Kemanakita does not process ticket payments, issue tickets, or take responsibility for a third-party event's availability, pricing, cancellations, or refunds. Any dispute over a ticket purchase must be resolved directly with the ticketing platform or organizer involved. We aim to keep event information (date, venue, price) accurate but do not guarantee it — always verify details on the official ticketing platform before buying.
5. User Content
If the Service lets you submit content (reviews, comments, or other data), you retain ownership but grant Kemanakita a non-exclusive license to display and use it to operate the Service. You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to access systems or data without authorization; (c) run large-scale automated scraping without written permission; (d) upload malware or disrupt the Service's operation.
7. Intellectual Property
Kemanakita trademarks, logos, designs, and editorial content are owned by Kemanakita or its licensors. Third-party event/artist/venue content remains the property of its respective owners and is displayed under license or fair-use terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available, error-free, or that recommendations will always be relevant.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kemanakita is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses from transactions with third-party organizers or ticketing platforms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Jakarta.
