Account data: name, email, and (if you sign in via Google) basic profile info from Google. Preference data: city, interests, and events you save or interact with — used to personalize recommendations. Usage data: pages visited, searches, and other interactions, collected automatically to improve the Service and recommendation engine. Device data: device type, OS, and IP address (for security and basic analytics).
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used to: operate your account and features like saved events; personalize event, article, artist, and venue recommendations; improve platform performance and reliability; communicate with you about your account or service updates (where you've opted in). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We use the following service providers to operate the platform, each of which may process a subset of your data under its own privacy policy: Supabase (database, auth), Cloudflare (media storage, network, and hosting), Google (Sign-In and Maps), Spotify (artist enrichment data, not tied to your user account), and analytics/performance monitoring providers. We do not share your personal data with event organizers or third-party ticketing platforms unless you explicitly opt in (e.g. RSVPing to a free event).
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and collect basic usage analytics. You can disable cookies via your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.
5. Your Rights
In line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022), you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; and withdraw consent for specific data processing.
