Festival Sate Nusantara 2026 is organized by Sate Khas Senayan in celebration of its 52nd anniversary. This culinary festival brings together 20 legendary sate varieties from across Indonesia, ranging from regional chicken sate to seafood and mutton options.
The festival's event series is divided into two main phases across the Greater Jakarta area:
Opening Phase (Pop-up Angkringan): Taking place on 3–6 September 2026 at Taman Air Mancur, Plaza Senayan, Central Jakarta. Here, the festival is presented in a modern angkringan concept, open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM WIB.
Continuation Phase: Running from 7 September to 18 October 2026 at all Sate Khas Senayan outlets across Greater Jakarta.
20 Sate Varieties: Visitors can savor the unique flavors of Sate Ponorogo, Sate Blora, Sate Madura, Sate Rembang, Sate Bumbu Plecing, Sate Kambing Buntel, and modern takes like Sate Taichan. A Discovery Platter is also available for sampling multiple sate varieties at once.
Collaboration with Toko Kopi Tuku: The pop-up area is further enlivened with an exclusive collaborative drinks menu, featuring Cold Drip Asem Jawa, Cold Drip Sore, Raroblanc, and Teh Krampul Senayan.
Sate Passport Activity: Visitors can collect stamps for each sate variety they try through the Sate Paspor for a chance to win dining vouchers worth millions of rupiah.
